HypnoBirthing Classes

HypnoBirthing is a complete childbirth education course (an alternative to Lamaze/Bradley/Hospital classes) and philosophy, that focuses on preparing parents for gentle birth. Parents will learn proven techniques of deep relaxation, visualization, and self-hypnosis, designed to help moms achieve a more comfortable birth. HypnoBirthing encourages a calm, peaceful, and natural pregnancy, birth, and bonding experience for families.
HypnoBirthing has been extremely effective for mothers who had a prolonged, painful, or otherwise negative birth experience the first time and are having a second baby, and for first-time mothers who have intense fear of giving birth.According to a major study comparing 802 American HypnoBirthing moms to the 2006 Listening to Mothers II survey by the Maternity Center Association, and the 2004 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data, HypnoBirthing moms have (Click here to read the study for yourself.):

All HypnoBirthing® Classes are taught in a format of five weekly 2 1/2 hour classes. Classes offered by MBB include the textbook, two relaxation CDs, several handouts, and an individual session with me (instructor) to address any specific  individual birthing issues.Classe size is limited to five couples.
